Help advance MHL in your community by becoming a Discussion Facilitator of MHL Aware!

MHL Aware Discussion Facilitators guide learners through the material by connecting it to local priorities, strengths, and challenges, helping MHL truly stick!

The Facilitator Guide model offers a flexible, discussion-driven approach to engaging learners. Content can be delivered in a single session or spread across multiple sessions, with built-in opportunities to customize discussions to meet local needs and learner goals.

Discussion Facilitators receive one year of unlimited access to the MHL Aware online portal, featuring the current module and all future releases (including parents/caregivers and SUD recovery). Facilitators can train an unlimited number of learners, with built-in access to the knowledge assessment for earning MHL Aware certification.

Prospective Discussion Facilitator Trainees must hold MHL Aware certification and work/serve schools and/or communities.
