Dr. Kathleen Ethier is a psychologist and the former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH). Under her leadership, DASH collected and published national, state, and local data documenting the mental health crisis among youth in the US, as well as schools’ responses to that crisis. DASH also developed effective upstream prevention approaches, and implemented a high impact school-based program in cities across the country. Today, Kathleen is a founding partner at Triple Dividend Partners, a woman-owned consulting firm. Kathleen's insights, vision, and personal passion for promoting quality health and well-being practices continue to guide the work of the MHLC. We are grateful to have Kathleen as an advisor!
